Rest

No workout today. Needed a break, my shoulder is a little sore from the other day.

No workout is fine, but can you get some cardio in? Even if it's a jog around the block, some jumping jacks, something?

You shouldn't 'work out' more than 3 times a week, but cardio keeps you going on those off days. See if you can't do at least a little bit today, and see if that helps you out.

Don't overdo anything, but don't let yourself find excuses for it either.
