Today was a cardio kind of day. I only had about 1 1/2 hrs to do a workout and I wanted to get the most out of it.

Time: 15 minutes
Incline: Started at 5.0 and then midway through the workout went 10.0
Speed: 2.8 - 4.0 mph
Jacuzzi: 10 minutes
Average heart rate: 139
Calories: 828
