Saturday Workout

Alright so today I went to work with my workout clothes but had no intention of really working out but I did anyway. I get an hour for lunch and normally sleep or watch t.v.

Workout:

Bike:
Time: 30 Minutes
Level: 7

Treadmill:
Time: 15 minutes
Incline: 0.5%
Speed: 4.0 mph

Average Heart Rate: 145

Being accountable to the F.A.T. coalition has its benefits right? You went for an easy workout and you chose the hard way instead. Good work!

Good healthy choices are a part of being accountable. If you're really wanting to lose the weight, these are the things that you're going to have to do.

You have to find time to exercise. If losing weight is a priority, then working out must be too.

I'm betting it's important enough for you, and great working overcoming the desire to nap :)
