A New Beginning

Its a new beginning for me. At the beginning of the year I was gung-ho about losing weight, I had these elaborate weight loss goals that basically set me up for failure. I have tried nearly everything when it comes to weight loss, Medical Weight Loss, counting calories, different diet fads. My wife and I want to try Weight Watchers and their point system. Still allows you to eat most things you like without having to starve yourself.

No exercise.

A common sense approach has worked the best for me. As I've said a million times to friends who have asked "how I've done it" -

You know what's good for you, and you know what's NOT good for you. Just don't cheat yourself.

As for 'no exercise' - does that mean you're planning to NOT work out? You don't have to 'lift weights' and 'hit the gym' to do it - but I think you should be doing something.. walking, playing tennis, doing pushups, playing volleyball .. just be active. The two go hand in hand.
