When I first started this I didnt really have quality goals, that has now changed.
Goals:
300 by 2-1-07
280 by 3-1-07
265 by 4-1-07
Training program begins for Motorcity Triathlon, June 24th. Running and biking outside will be easier and more enjoyable than it is now, very cold outside.

Those are some lofty, lofty goals. "Mainstream thinking" says that they may not be achievable.
*I* say, you can do whatever you set out to do. Good luck!
I'd just say this: be VERY careful.
If you drop 20 pounds in a month, that would scare me. That said, tell me how to do it if you pull it off in a healthy way!
I once lost 30 pounds in one month, but that was doing the Atkins diet. It all came back once I ate normal.
As to the weather, I can't wait for warmer weather so I can walk and mountain bike :)
