Aches and Pains

So its been about 4 weeks worth of exercise and I decieded to do a body check, for aches and pains.

Pinky toe: I hurt my toe about 2 years ago when I kicked a boulder hiding in the sand is sore, probably from the cold.

Big toe: hurts, not sure why.

Back: must have tweaked during this past weekend.

Shoulder: kind of sore but appears to be getting better.

Yeah, I had a nagging pain in my lower back and my right ankle was hurting. I think I shifted while doing Lunges. I went to the Chiropractor and all is good now. I decided that I will go to the Chiropractor every 4 weeks now to re-adjust me :)

Face it, fellas. We're getting old. Just like the old classic automobiles, no matter how good we look, sometimes the oil pan just drips.

Ok, I probably could have used a better analogy.. perhaps a dented hood?

Yeah, Rob. The oil pan thing put a bad image in my head.

Anyway, it kinda sucks that pain is a part of the game. But look at it this way: would you rather have the aches and pains associated with working out or the aches and pains (and health problems) that come with being overweight? ;) Hang in there. You're doing great!
